RQ Item #3: The ClubSword
At first glance, this is a normal broadsword. At second glance, it hasn't changed. But as many a Humakti (or sword-venerating person) has found out, the ClubSword doesn't feel like a sword.
The origin of the ClubSword is unknown, but it was obviously created by someone who either disliked Humakti, or just hated swords. Although it looks like a sword, in fact it is an enchanted club; and as such, it can be used by those who are forbidden to shed blood.
The best guess is that the ClubSword was originally used by someone who infiltrated a group of Humakti, probably as a spy.
Powers:
- Acts as heavy mace, doing 1D10 damage.
- Doubles the user's damage bonus, i.e. if the normal damage bonus is 1D4, with the ClubSword it is 2D4.
- ENC is 1.5, with 24 armor points.
- Adds +20% to hit and +4 damage against Humakti.
- Any Humakti who touches the hilt immediately must make a CON resistance roll versus POT 24 or immediately become several neauseated and effectively demoralized for 1D4 minutes.
- Anyone who willingly wields the ClubSword can never join the cult of Humakt.
